El nombre real de es Tramar Dillard  Nacio en Carol City, Florida,  el 16 de diciembre de 1979 ahora cuenta con 34 Anos de edad  mejor conocido por su nombre artístico Flo Rida, es un cantante estadounidense de rap de origen afroestadounidense. Cuando era un adolescente viajó por el mundo con el grupo de rap 2 Live Crew, más tarde apareció en varios discos haciendo colaboraciones con varios artistas. En 2008 debutó como solista en su disco Mail on Sunday, en el que se desprendió su primer sencillo "Low" con la colaboración de T-Pain convirtiéndose en un éxito y ubicándose en el lugar número uno del Billboard Hot 100 durante 10 semanas consecutivas.
